Returns & exchanges

Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads

Conditions of return

– To allow us to process your return, please include either the original packing slip you received with your order or a copy of your order confirmation email. If you no longer have either of these, please include your name, order number and contact details

– Refunds may take up to 20 days upon receipt of the item to be processed.

– Used Items cannot be refunded

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom: 3-5 business days

Russia: 3-6 weeks

United States: 3-7 business days

United States Minor Outlying Islands: 3-10 weeks

North America: 3-6 weeks

Europe: 3-4 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-6 weeks

Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-6 weeks

I’ll do my best to meet these delivery estimates but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use recorded or
special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the
post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.
